You board at Port de la Bourdonnais at the foot of the Eiffel Tower for a one-hour round trip past the Hôtel de Ville, Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Louvre, with the open-air top deck and indoor seats behind large windows both open to you throughout. Commentary comes either through the individual audio guides carried on board or via the interactive web app, which you reach on your own smartphone using the onboard Wi-Fi. Your ticket is tied to a date rather than a set departure time, so you join whichever sailing suits you on the day.

Meet at Port de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris. Metro line 6 or 9 to Trocadéro, or line 8 to École Militaire; buses 42, 69, 82 and 87 stop at Tour Eiffel. From April to September departures run every 30 minutes between 10am and 10pm; from October to March they run hourly between 10.30am and 9pm. Children under 4 travel free. The cruise lasts one hour and returns to the departure point.
