This ticket is a Value Pass (1-day or 1-hour pass) that combines the park admission fee with use of four named activities: KUMONOS, Wanpaku Coat, Cocoon Pocket and the Electric Next Cruiser. You book one specific visit date with no timeslot, so you arrive whenever suits you within that day's opening hours and show your voucher at the redemption counter. It covers one person, and children from age 1 upwards are counted.
