This is the standard entry ticket, covering the 86th-floor observatory plus the exhibits on the 2nd floor and an interactive audio guide available in English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Portuguese and Spanish. You book a specific date rather than a time slot, pass through a security check on arrival and then head up to the Main Deck. Adult, child and senior tickets are sold separately, so choose the right band for everyone in your party.

The ticket is booked for one selected date and is valid on that date and at the entry time assigned to you. No time slot is chosen during booking. Separate age bands apply for adult, child and senior tickets, so book each visitor under the correct type.

Your ticket is sent by the supplier in a separate email, and the operator emails your exact entry time after the booking is made — you will not see a time before paying. Show the mobile ticket on your smartphone at the ticket counter, then go through the security check.
