This pass is valid for 5 consecutive days after activation. You must exchange your order for the physical pass in Japan within 90 days of issue, and then activate it within 30 days. An adult ticket is for ages 13+ and a child ticket is for ages 4-12. Up to two children (aged 1-5) travel free with an adult if they do not occupy a seat.
如何兌換
After booking, a physical Exchange Order will be delivered by courier to your provided address, which takes 3-7 days. In Japan, you must present this Exchange Order and your passport at an official JR Exchange Office to receive your actual rail pass.

- This pass is non-refundable once booked.
- Eligibility is strictly limited to non-Japanese passport holders with a 'Temporary Visitor' entry stamp.
- To receive the required 'Temporary Visitor' stamp, you must use a staffed immigration counter and not the automated gates upon arrival in Japan.
- The name and country of residence used for booking must exactly match the details in your passport.
- Booking at least 14 days before your intended travel date to Japan is recommended to allow for shipping time.
This physical pass provides 5 consecutive days of unlimited travel on key JR lines and the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route.
