從馬拉喀什接送到海拔 1740 公尺的 Imlil 後，第一天的健行將穿過 Ait Mizane Valley，經過 Aremd 村和 Sidi Chamarouch 神殿，最後爬升至海拔 3207 公尺的 Toubkal Refuge。這段路程約需 5-6 小時，行程終點為山屋住宿，並由廚師為團隊準備餐點。
