Inside, the visit is self-guided and shared with other visitors: the multimedia guide is offered in 14 languages for a small charge at the venue, or you can bring your own headphones and download the free Westminster Abbey app for the audio commentary. Age bands are booked individually, as Adult (18–64), Child (1–17) or Senior (65–99).

This ticket admits a family of one adult and one child to Westminster Abbey on the date and timeslot you choose, with entry taken together at the redemption counter. The visit is self-guided: the multimedia guide is available in 14 languages for a small charge on arrival, or you can bring headphones and use the free Westminster Abbey app, and staff can hand out the free Children's Trail in English, French, Spanish, Italian or German when stocks allow. The accompanying adult must be 18 or over and stay with the child throughout.
