Your ticket grants you access to all public areas within Kensington Palace and its surrounding gardens. You must book for a specific date and time slot to secure your entry. Upon arrival, go to the ticketing counter to have your ticket scanned.

This ticket is valid only for the date and time slot you book. Children under 5 years of age enter for free. Opening hours are 10:00–17:00 from 2 March to 30 October and 10:00–16:00 from 31 October to 1 March.
