Your return day trip starts from Kintetsu Nippombashi Station in Osaka. A bus will take you to the sites in Kyoto and bring you back to the Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori area at the end of the day. A guide is included for groups of more than 14 people; otherwise, the tour is led by a driver only.
