Your ticket provides round-trip transport from a designated Kuala Lumpur meeting point for a full-day guided group tour. You'll visit Batu Caves, Colmar Tropicale, the Japanese Village, and the Botanical Garden with an English-speaking driver-guide. Admission to Colmar Tropicale is part of your ticket; food and drinks are not included.

This 8-hour shared tour requires booking for a specific date. For groups of two or more, pick-up is from selected hotels in the Kuala Lumpur City Golden Triangle area (excluding Pudu). Solo travellers must meet at the Starbucks at Berjaya Times Square. The vehicle (car, van, or bus) is assigned based on group size. Age-range for children is 3–12.

You will receive a QR code. Present this code to your driver-guide upon pick-up. You must contact the tour operator to confirm your pick-up details before your tour date.

- A dress code is enforced for the temple visit; shorts and sleeveless shirts are not permitted.
- This tour must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- The day's itinerary may change due to traffic or weather conditions.
- Eating and drinking are not permitted inside the tour vehicle.
- Wear comfortable walking shoes for the steps at Batu Caves.
- This ticket is fully refundable if cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled tour time.
