You exchange your e-ticket for the physical tickets at the Yamaroku Ticket Counter, 16-15 Mogami 2-chome, Otaru City, before boarding; the counter is stated as open 09:00–20:00 with the last uphill ride at 19:48, though hours change by season. It is sold as an adult ticket only, for ages 12 and over.

Tengu and a postcard, making this the version to pick if you plan to eat, drink or shop at the summit. It is valid on the visit date you select, with no timeslot, and from early May to late October the ropeway runs 09:00–21:00 with the last uphill ride at 20:48. Children aged 6 to 11 have their own passenger type, so families can book on one ticket.
