This ticket covers the complete day out from Hanoi: road transfer each way, six hours aboard the Phoenix Cruise, 45 minutes of kayaking, and stops at Thien Cung Cave and Ba Hang Floating Village, with an English-speaking guide throughout. A seafood lunch is served on board, so the only thing you need to arrange is being at your pickup point on time. Plan on roughly 10 hours door to door, with pickup and drop-off at hotels inside Hanoi's Old Quarter included.

The tour runs approximately 10 hours and is booked for a specific date, with no timeslot to choose; the ticket is valid only on the day you select. Pickup and drop-off is free from hotels within Hanoi's Old Quarter, or you can join at the meet-up point at 36B1 Ly Nam De, Cua Dong, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. Arrive at your pickup or meet-up location 10 minutes before the departure time. Travellers aged 9 and over are booked as adults, ages 4 to 8 as children, and one child under 4 travels free.
