Your ticket provides entry to the château and its surrounding ramparts for your selected date. As this is an open ticket without a reserved time, you can arrive at any point during opening hours, making sure to enter at least one hour before the site closes.

Your ticket is valid for the selected date only. You may enter at any time from 09:30, with last admission at 15:15. Please note the site is closed on 1 January, 1 May, and 25 December. The Ramparts are closed on 14 July, and the entire site closes at 16:00 on 24 and 31 December.

- This ticket is non-refundable.
- Free entry is available for visitors under 18 and EU citizens under 26 with valid ID, but this requires pre-booking a timeslot directly with the venue.
- Scooters, bicycles, helmets, non-folding pushchairs, and large luggage are not permitted inside.
- The monument has limited accessibility for people with reduced mobility, with access restricted to the Barbican and main courtyard.
