Your ticket gives you a 10-minute tethered flight that ascends to 300 metres, offering views across Palm Jumeirah. From the balloon, you can see Atlantis, The Palm, the Royal Atlantis, and on clear days, landmarks like Burj Khalifa. After your flight, you can visit the on-site retail store.

Your ticket is valid for a single entry on the date you select, with no specific timeslot required. The flight itself lasts for 10 minutes. Please go to the meeting point at Poseidon’s Watchtower, within Atlantis Aquaventure. Children under 18 must be with an adult aged 21 or over; proof of age may be requested for children.

- This ticket is non-refundable once booked.
- Not recommended for pregnant women over 3 months, or for people with heart problems, serious back/knee pain, a phobia of heights, or who have had major surgery in the last 6 months.
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to fly.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
- All passengers are required to sign a declaration form before the flight.
