Transfers are provided for hotels within a designated area; alternative meeting points are McDonald's at Thapae Gate or Starbucks at MAYA Lifestyle Shopping Center. The tour requires a minimum of two participants to operate. Child tickets are for heights of 100–140cm; children under 100cm enter for free.
