This Monday-to-Friday booking gives you one Premium Box Set per person, built around sashimi cuts such as Otoro, Chutoro, Uni and Akami, alongside the exclusive menu items and unlimited access to the buffet line. You choose a date and arrival time when booking: Monday, Wednesday and Friday run 7.30pm to 8.30pm, while Tuesday and Thursday open from 11.00am through to 8.30pm. Anything you cannot finish can be packed to take away, with the restaurant's packaging or service charge added on the spot.

Booked for a Saturday or Sunday, this ticket covers one Premium Box Set per person with cuts including Otoro, Chutoro, Uni and Akami, plus the additional special menu items and free run of the buffet line. Saturday bookings are taken between 7.30pm and 8.30pm, while Sunday is open from 11.00am right through to 8.30pm, so a weekend lunch is only possible on the Sunday. Leftovers can be boxed up to take away, subject to the restaurant's packaging or service charge.
