Lunch at Lao Tuk Luck floating market is at your own expense before the group reaches the Damnoen Saduak elephant camp at 14:00; this version of the tour does not include an elephant ride. Drop-off is between 16:30 and 18:00, and you choose ICONSIAM, Asiatique or Central World on the day of travel.

The tour runs daily on the date and departure you select, meeting at the CentralWorld Exclusive Lounge, G Floor, at 08:30 and returning between 16:30 and 18:00. Book at least 24 hours ahead (reservations close at 12:00 the day before travel) and choose your guide language, English or Chinese, at checkout. A minimum of 6 participants is required, and passenger types are Adult 13–99 and Child 4–12.

Your ticket arrives as a QR code. Arrive at the CentralWorld Exclusive Lounge on the G Floor at least 15 minutes before the 08:30 pick-up — look for the "Central World Station" sticker on the glass door — and show the QR code to the guide.

- If the 6-participant minimum is not met, you'll be told 2 days in advance and can rebook another date or take a full refund.
- Cancellation cut-off is 1 hour before departure; after that the ticket is non-refundable.
- One free child safety car seat per booking (age 0–6, under 135 cm) is subject to a limited quota on a first-come, first-served basis; extra seats carry an additional charge, and a child seat does not replace the child's tour ticket.
