The cancellation policy allows for a full refund up to two hours before the visit. After this cut-off, the ticket becomes non-refundable. This means if your plans change and you need to cancel, ensure you do so at least two hours in advance to receive a full refund. This policy applies to both ticket types: the Tandem 60 Min ATV & Swing Experience and the Single 60 Min ATV & Swing Experience. If you cancel after the cut-off, you will not receive any refund.
