One booking covers a peak-day admission ticket to Universal Studios Singapore and a dated Tourist Admission to Singapore Zoo that includes the tram ride and direct entry, so at the zoo you head straight in rather than queueing at ticketing. Each park is used on the date you select at booking. The zoo runs 8.30am–6.00pm with last entry at 5.00pm and the last tram from Tram Station 1 at 5.30pm, while Universal Studios extends its hours to 9pm on school holidays and public holidays.

While you are in the zoo you can follow the World of Zootopia 2 trail, which starts at the Zootopia Police Department reception by the park entrance and leads through interactive stations and photo points in the Sensory Garden, with stamps to collect and a Zootopia Police Academy certificate and badge on completion. The ticket arrives as a QR code, so there is no counter collection.
