关于此门票
This pass gives you unlimited JR West train travel across the Kansai WIDE area for five consecutive days from first use, including non-reserved seats on the covered sections of the Sanyo Shinkansen. You book it for a specific date, then exchange your e-voucher and passport for the physical pass at a JR West station before you start travelling. Once you hold the pass, seat reservations on eligible trains are free at green ticket-vending machines or station ticket offices, so you can lock in a seat for busier legs as you go.

实用信息
The pass is valid for 5 consecutive days once first used. Adult tickets cover ages 12 and over; child tickets cover ages 6 to 11. Only one e-ticket per passport may be exchanged at a time, and individual customers cannot buy or exchange more than one of the same pass for the same use period. A pass is valid only for the person named on it and cannot be shared.
使用说明
Your e-ticket is sent by the supplier in a separate email. Show it printed or on your smartphone, together with your passport, at a JR West station to exchange it for the physical pass. There is no exchange office in the Kanto area, including Tokyo, so plan to collect it in Kansai or another covered region.
重要提示
- Valid only for non-Japanese passport holders with a Temporary Visitor visa under the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act; foreign residents in Japan, including workers and study-abroad students, are not eligible and anyone found misusing the pass will be fined.
- The 2D barcode e-ticket is non-refundable for any reason; after exchange, an unused physical pass can be partially refunded only at a JR West Midori no Madoguchi ticket office, with a 10% handling fee.
- No refunds for lost or stolen passes.
- On some busy journeys a (free) seat reservation may be required.
- Baggage totalling more than 160 cm but under 250 cm across three sides counts as oversized on the Sanyo Shinkansen: you must reserve a seat to bring it on free of charge, or buy a separate Unlimited Ride Oversized Baggage Ticket, otherwise a charge applies.
