Your ticket grants you a single entry to the Hep Five Ferris wheel. Go to the ticket counter on the 7th floor of the HEP FIVE building to redeem your ticket and board a cabin; each cabin holds up to four people.

This open-dated ticket is valid from the date of booking and must be used during operating hours (11:00–23:00, last boarding 22:45). A minimum age of 6 applies. Each cabin holds a maximum of four people; larger groups will be split.

You will receive a PDF voucher. Show this on your mobile device at the ticket counter on the 7th floor of the HEP FIVE building to enter.
