Age definitions are: Adult (12+ years) and Child (6–11 years). Children under 5 years enter for free. Although you select a date when booking, your ticket is valid for one entry on any day the park is open within 60 days from the booking date.

You will receive a PDF e-ticket with a QR code. On the day of your visit, present the QR code on your mobile phone at the entrance to be scanned for admission.

- This ticket cannot be cancelled or refunded once booked.
- The park is closed every Wednesday.
- Opening hours vary by season: 9:00–17:00 (20 March–30 November) and 9:30–16:00 (1 December–19 March).
