The rail pass and museum ticket are valid for 90 days from purchase; the Kurobe Gorge Railway ticket is valid until 30 November 2026. This ticket is only for non-Japanese passport holders with 'Temporary Visitor' status. The museum is closed on Tuesdays between November and March.

Redeem the rail pass using your QR code and passport at a JR green ticket machine. For the railway, show the QR code at the ticket counter 30 minutes before departure. For the museum, present the QR code at reception to get your admission and café vouchers.
