Pickup and drop-off is free from hotels within Hanoi's Old Quarter, or you can join at the meet-up point at 36B1 Ly Nam De, Cua Dong, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. Arrive at your pickup or meet-up location 10 minutes before the departure time. Travellers aged 9 and over are booked as adults, ages 4 to 8 as children, and one child under 4 travels free.
