Your two-hour lesson begins on the sand with safety information and basic techniques from your instructor. You will then take to the water to practise paddling, standing, and catching waves with guidance. All equipment is supplied, including a soft beginner board and a wetsuit or rashie.

This two-hour lesson must be booked for a specific date and time slot. Meet at The Paradise Centre (Shop 26a Cavill Mall), next to Hungry Jacks. Lessons typically run at 10:00 and 13:00, but departure times can vary by season. The minimum age to participate is 7 years. Child tickets are for ages 7-17.
