This ticket covers one seat on the MV Neptune's daily 12:30pm departure, returning to the Cultural Centre Public Pontoon at Southbank at around 2pm. You can sit inside, where there is seating for 42 guests, or head up to the fully covered top deck for unrestricted views, with commentary running throughout. A coffee shop serving light lunches and refreshments, a licensed bar and bathroom facilities are on board if you want to buy something during the trip.

Booked for a specific date and the 12:30pm timeslot, valid on your chosen visit date only. Boarding is at the Cultural Centre Public Pontoon, Southbank Boardwalk, South Brisbane, QLD 4101, and you should arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Adult tickets apply from 16 years, child tickets cover ages 5–15, and children under 5 travel free of charge. The MV Neptune carries up to 80 guests, with indoor seating for 42.
