Your ticket provides one full hour of surfing on the FlowRider machine, with all necessary surfboards and safety gear included. You'll receive guidance from a certified professional instructor throughout your session, which runs with a maximum of 12 riders. You also get access to the shower and changing rooms before and after your ride.

This ticket is valid for a specific one-hour timeslot on your chosen date. To bodyboard, riders must be over 107cm tall; to stand-up surf, they must be over 133cm. Riders under 18 need a parent or legal guardian present with valid photo ID to sign a waiver form on their behalf.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked session, which starts on the hour. Go to the Wave Desk and show the barcode on your mobile ticket or printed voucher to check in and sign the required waiver form.

- Please note, this ticket cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- All riders are required to show a government-issued photo ID.
- Do not participate if you have had any recent surgery or illness.
- Flow House Bangkok is closed on Mondays.
