Your ticket gives you entry to the observation deck on the 77th floor and the revolving viewpoint on the 84th. You will also receive one drink at the Roof Top Bar on the 83rd floor. You can enter any time on your chosen date until the last redemption at 8:30 pm.

This ticket is valid for the selected date only. Last redemption is at 8:30 pm, and same-day bookings must be made before 10:00 am local time. Children under 80cm in height do not require a ticket.

To collect your physical ticket, go to the counter in the lobby on the 19th floor. You will need to present your mobile ticket and your passport.

- Please bring your passport for entry.
- The Revolving View Point on the 84th floor may close in bad weather; no refunds will be issued in this case.
- Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your visit date; same-day cancellations or no-shows are not refunded.
This ticket includes admission to the 77th and 84th floors plus one drink at the 83rd-floor Roof Top Bar.
