You must use the shoe locker within 10 minutes of passing the ticket office, otherwise the shoe locker will be automatically locked.
No outside food is allowed into the cimer.
All items capable of taking photos, including mobile phones, must be placed in lockers and are not allowed inside AQUA SPA.
Only swimming attire is required for entry to the AQUA SPA ZONE; only sauna attire is required for entry to the JJIMJIL SPA ZONE.
When using the AQUA SPA ZONE, if you have a cold, general weakness, or have consumed alcohol within 2 hours, you will be restricted from using the spa facilities.
Due to the limited quantity of lockers, entry may be delayed or restricted on special dates (peak season, long holidays, weekends, and public holidays). (If entry is restricted, customers will be admitted in order.)
If you have tattoos, please cover them before entering public areas.
To ensure safety and cleanliness, swimming rings, water props, smoking, and body oils are not allowed in AQUA SPA.
