พวกเรามากินที่นี่บ่อยมาก แต่ช่วงหลังๆ ดูเหมือนว่าพวกเขาจะลดจำนวนพนักงานลง ทำให้ต้องรออาหารนานมาก (เกินหนึ่งชั่วโมง) พนักงานเสิร์ฟบอกเราว่ามีพ่อครัวแค่คนเดียว ทั้งๆ ที่เป็นช่วงเวลาอาหารกลางวัน (ช่วงเวลาที่คนเยอะที่สุด) และเป็นช่วงวันหยุดเดือนธันวาคมด้วย หลายครั้งแล้วที่พนักงานเสิร์ฟแนะนำไม่ให้เรากินที่นี่ ทั้งๆ ที่เราเพิ่งมาถึง ทั้งๆ ที่ร้านก็ไม่ได้คนเยอะมาก น่าเสียดายที่อาหารอร่อย แต่พนักงานไม่สามารถบริหารจัดการร้านได้ดี หวังว่าพวกเขาจะปรับปรุง เพราะร้านใหญ่แต่พนักงานในครัวน้อยมาก

การเดินทางไปร้านนี้ค่อนข้างลำบาก และทำเลที่ตั้งเหมาะสำหรับคนที่พักอยู่ที่โรงแรม Mövenpick ที่ต้องการแวะทานอาหาร แต่ผมคงให้คะแนนรีวิวไม่ดีนัก โต๊ะที่กั้นด้วยกระจกภายในร้านนั้นถูกปิดกั้นทั้งหมด มีเพียงโต๊ะด้านนอกเท่านั้นที่สามารถเข้าถึงได้ ร้านอาหารเองก็ร้อนมาก และลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาวจีน เมื่อรวมภาษี 15% เข้าไปในราคาอาหารแล้ว บิลค่าใช้จ่ายจริงจึงค่อนข้างสูง อาหารนาซีแคมปูร์ทั่วไปในร้านอาหารท้องถิ่นราคาประมาณ 30,000-50,000 วอน แต่ที่นี่ราคาประมาณ 130,000 วอนต่อคน ผมไม่แนะนำที่นี่เว้นแต่คุณจะรีบ ถ้าอาหารอร่อยหรือบริการดี ผมก็คงเข้าใจ แต่ไม่มีส่วนลด Accor Platinum และต้องจ่ายเองทั้งหมด ก็ไม่มีเหตุผลที่จะไป บริการแย่มาก พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้น้อยมาก และอาหารก็ใช้เวลานานกว่าจะมาเสิร์ฟ สำหรับห้าคน อาหารเสิร์ฟมาทุก 10 นาที รสชาติอาหารก็ธรรมดา ข้อดีที่น่าจดจำเพียงอย่างเดียวคือ มีที่ล้างมือ และสามารถชำระเงินด้วยบัตรได้โดยไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม

Excellent restaurant specializing in crispy duck. The duck was very well cooked with a crunchy exterior and soft meaty inside. The flavour was spot on. Great selection of three different sambals provided. Marks down for service as we tried to call ahead to place an order for pickup but the restaurant didn’t pickup the phone despite four calls. When we attended the restaurant in person there were literally no customers inside, so not because it was too busy. Service once inside was great though. Come for the duck, not the service :)
