2. Find the booking you want to cancel

3. Click "Cancel Booking"

4. Confirm the cancellation

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available for most activities up to 24-48 hours before the visit date

The exact cancellation deadline is shown on each activity page and in your confirmation email

After the free cancellation deadline, the booking is non-refundable
