Booking Confirmation

After completing your booking, you'll receive:

Confirmation email — sent immediately to your email address

E-ticket/voucher — attached to the confirmation email or available on your booking page

Where to Find Your Voucher

1. Check your email for the confirmation (check spam/junk if not in inbox)

2. Log in to your TixLayer account and go to "My Bookings"

3. Click on the booking to view or download your voucher

Check your spam/junk folder

Make sure you entered the correct email address
