Both the park and the store are usable 10:00–21:00, Monday to Sunday, on the date you book.

The park runs 10:00–21:00 Monday to Thursday and Sunday and 10:00–22:00 Friday and Saturday; the aquarium is at the B1 floor of Lotte World Mall, 300 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, open 10:00–20:00 Monday to Thursday and 10:00–22:00 Friday to Sunday and public holidays, with last admission one hour before closing. Sold per person, ages 3–99; infants under 12 months enter the park and infant play areas free, and children aged 12–35 months get free park admission (except group visitors) with paid access to the children's playground.
