This ticket covers admission to the sub-zero lounge plus the thermal clothing handed out on arrival: a hooded parka, woollen gloves, and shoes and socks if you need them. Once inside you're served a welcome drink of your choice, either hot chocolate or tea, along with two chicken BBQ skewers per person, leaving time to sit, photograph the ice sculptures and take in the icy surroundings. Transfers to and from the lounge are included if you're staying in a centrally located Dubai hotel or residence, after which you can be dropped back or carry on with your day.

You book a specific date with no timeslot, and the ticket is valid on that selected date only. Transfers are provided only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed and Marina). Ages 13 and over are charged as adults, ages 4 to 12 as children, and children under 4 count as infants and enter free of charge.
