After a safety briefing and getting your equipment, you will join a supervised group raft to navigate the river with a trained guide. Once the rafting is complete, your private transfer will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.

This means if your plans change and you need to cancel, ensure you do so at least 2 hours in advance to receive a full refund. After this cut-off, no refunds will be issued.
