All'interno del Vincom Mega Mall Ocean City a Hung Yen, appena fuori Hanoi, il VinPalace Ocean City è un teatro progettato appositamente per le arti performative, dotato di 1.600 posti a sedere e allestimenti di standard internazionale. Attualmente ospita "ĐẤT NƯỚC THIÊN HÙNG CA", una produzione su larga scala che ripercorre l'eroica storia e le leggende nazionali del Vietnam attraverso musica, coreografie e narrazione teatrale.
Ciò che distingue questo spettacolo dal tipico teatro è la scala della produzione: mappature LED, impianti di illuminazione dinamica e scenografie cinematografiche lavorano insieme per dare vita alle narrazioni storiche, supportate da un sistema audio surround di alta qualità in tutto l'auditorium.
