<p>Disteso su 20.000 metri quadrati di terra e acqua, il Dubai Crocodile Park è costruito attorno a un'unica specie: il coccodrillo del Nilo, il secondo rettile più grande al mondo dopo il coccodrillo marino. Qui ne vivono oltre 250, alcuni dei quali raggiungono i 5 metri di lunghezza, in un ambiente progettato per imitare le zone umide africane con un bacino fluviale, cascate, isole e banchi di sabbia.</p><p>Oltre all'habitat principale dei coccodrilli, il parco ospita un Crocodile Museum dedicato che ripercorre l'evoluzione della specie e la sua sopravvivenza all'estinzione dei dinosauri, oltre a un Crocodile Aquarium che offre una visione ravvicinata del loro comportamento anfibio da angolazioni insolite. Passerelle e molteplici punti panoramici ti permettono di seguire i coccodrilli mentre si spostano tra il bacino, i banchi di sabbia e le isole, mentre le aree ombreggiate e curate in tutto il parco ti offrono un luogo dove fare una pausa lungo il percorso.</p><p>Vengono organizzati tour educativi con guide esperte che illustrano la biologia, la storia e la conservazione del coccodrillo del Nilo, aggiungendo contesto a ciò che stai osservando invece di limitarti a guardare da lontano.
