The F1 Exhibition fait ses débuts en Asie aux Gardens by the Bay, à Singapour, et présente une exposition mondialement reconnue sur l'histoire de la Formule 1 dans la ville pour une durée limitée. Répartie en sept salles thématiques, l'exposition retrace plus de 75 ans de ce sport à travers des voitures emblématiques, des artefacts rares et une technologie interactive, vous offrant un regard rapproché sur des machines telles que la Red Bull RB7, championne en 2011, et la BAR Honda 005 de 2003.
Au-delà des voitures, vous découvrirez plus de 25 combinaisons de course, plus de 50 casques et plus de 100 interviews exclusives intégrées aux expositions, aux côtés d'installations pratiques qui détaillent l'ingénierie derrière les voitures de F1 modernes. Des simulateurs de course vous permettent de prendre le volant et, si vous souhaitez aller plus loin, un billet complémentaire Fastest Lap Simulator vous place dans un cockpit construit pour reproduire la position de conduite réelle d'un pilote afin d'établir votre propre temps au tour sur le Marina Bay Circuit.
L'exposition est située au sein des Gardens by the Bay, à côté de Satay by the Bay et à quelques pas de la station de MRT Gardens by the Bay. Une application compagnon propose une visite audio de l'espace ; il est donc conseillé d'apporter vos propres écouteurs avant d'entrer.
À quoi s'attendre
Votre visite commence dès que vous entrez dans la première des sept salles thématiques, chacune s'appuyant sur la précédente pour raconter l'histoire de la Formule 1, depuis ses premiers jours jusqu'à ses plus récentes batailles pour le championnat. Attendez-vous à avancer à votre propre rythme devant de vraies voitures de course, des cockpits, des combinaisons et des casques, avec des écrans interactifs et des présentations techniques expliquant l'ingénierie nécessaire à la construction d'une voiture de F1. Des interviews d'archives et des artefacts rares sont disposés tout au long du parcours, donnant du contexte aux voitures et aux pilotes exposés.
Vers la fin du parcours, des simulateurs de course pratiques vous permettent de vous essayer à la conduite. Si vous avez ajouté le billet Fastest Lap Simulator, vous monterez dans un cockpit conçu pour refléter la position de conduite d'un véritable pilote de F1 avant d'effectuer un tour chronométré sur le Marina Bay Circuit. L'exposition se termine par un final cinématographique sons et lumières au Pit Wall, clôturant ainsi ce voyage à travers l'histoire de la F1 avant votre sortie vers les Gardens by the Bay.
