Sampan Rides operates daily 11am–9pm with last entry at 8.30pm, at The Shoppes level B2. Digital Light Canvas opens daily 11am–9pm with last entry around 8pm, subject to capacity, and entry times are strictly observed — arrive 15–20 minutes early for ticketing and queueing. Each ticket admits one person, and children under 13 must be accompanied throughout by an adult aged over 18 who also holds a valid ticket. Sunday to Thursday is quieter; Friday evenings and Saturdays are the busiest.
