The route passes through behind-the-scenes support areas, so covered footwear is required, loose items must be secured, and filming and photography are not permitted there. Admission to Singapore Oceanarium is not included and every participant must already hold a valid admission ticket to take part.

Open to ages 4 and above, with under-4s admitted only if they can walk independently through the support areas; anyone under 18 must be accompanied throughout by a paying parent or legal guardian, and no more than three children per supervising adult.
