The main exhibition axes in the museum are based on the three categories of "text, image, and classics", conveying the three main themes of "text to convey the truth, image to impress the heart, and sutra to spread the Dharma". "Literature Carries the Dao" mainly uses rubbings of inscriptions from past dynasties to showcase the Dao, rituals, literature, and art in Chinese traditional culture. "Images to Imprint the Heart" focuses on the museum's collection of Buddhist cultural relics, statues and statue steles, presenting the religious spirit, connotation and artistic form of Buddhist culture.<img src="https://dimg04.tripcdn.com/images/1lo3c12000gb01l7d3CD6_Z_1000_0.jpg">"Spreading the Dharma through Scriptures" focuses on stone rubbings of sutras from past dynasties, Buddhist manuscripts in museums, and the Book of Filial Piety, explaining the cultural heritage of classics and the significance of sutra engraving. The Chung Tai World Museum building complex uses the "Western-style Chinese architecture" approach to present the beauty of Chinese architecture.<img src="https://dimg04.tripcdn.com/images/1lo1m12000gb01w9xA30F_Z_1000_0.jpg">Its exterior shape is similar to the Chang'an City of the Tang Dynasty, which means "a city that strictly protects the Dharma" in Buddhism. It is a city that protects Buddhism and historical relics. The hip-and-gable roof and the imagery of ancient city walls represent the spatial and temporal context of the fusion of tradition and modernity, the East and the West, and Buddhism and Chinese culture.<img src="https://dimg04.tripcdn.com/images/1lo5j12000gb0153q8537_Z_1000_0.jpg">The Woodcarving Branch Museum (formerly the Zhongtaishan Museum) is about 800 meters away from the main museum. It is located in the northeast corner of the Zhongtaishan Temple campus. It was renovated from the original building of the Zhongtaishan Museum and displays the museum's collection of wooden Buddhist statues from past dynasties. When visiting the second venue, please scan the paper ticket directly at the entrance gate for admission
