With your SkyCab cable car ticket, step into a SkyCab car for the ultimate mountain views in the area. Ride up Machincang mountain and reach an elevation of over 650 meters. Once up high, you'll witness SkyBridge, a suspended bridge with transparent pathing that offers visitors close-up views of the surrounding treetops.

The Base Station is conveniently located at the foothill of the Machincang mountain. From here, visitors will be taken up to the cool Machincang mountain via the cable car system. Nous avons expérimenté le funiculaire dit « SkyCab » et bien ça en vaut le détour. Déconseillé aux personnes ayant le vertige car ça monte et très haut. Une fois arrivé vous aurez la possibilité de marcher sur le « SkyBridge » et là encore une expérience à vivre tellement c’est magnifique. Nous y sommes allé un dimanche, et c’était plutôt calme. Un mini funiculaire vous permet de descendre et remonter depuis le « SkyBridge » mais c’est une option payante. Des escaliers (assez haut et rudes) sont là pour celles et ceux qui n’ont pas prit cette option depuis le sol. Le village créé de toute pièce au sol n’est là que pour le merch et vendre à l’effigie de l’attraction. En vrai expérience à réaliser car c’est vraiment spectaculaire.

Superbe visite et quels points de vue !! Venue en semaine le mercredi et très peu de monde . Pas d’attente pour les montées et descentes donc pour nous les coupes-files n’auraient servi à rien. Nous avons pris des combo funiculaire et skybridge . Cela permet de prendre les 2 tronçons. Au premier arrêt très belle vue sur l’ouest de l’île . Vous pouvez aussi aller avec un supplément sur le Skywalk pour marcher sur un promontoire totalement vitré . Il y a aussi des toilettes . Au second arrêt vous avez accès à 2 plateformes qui permettent de voir l’île à 360 degrés . Ensuite vous rejoignez le skybridge à pieds via des escaliers (un minimum de condition physique est requis mais c est agreable et il faut y aller a son rythme) ou alors il y a la solution du funiculaire avec supplement et un peu de queue dans les 2 sens . Enfin au retour en bas vous pouvez aller à l expo 3D qui permet de faire des photos amusantes et passer encore un bon moment (compris dans le billet) . Il y a aussi un food court, des magasins , ….

Le funiculaire de Langkawi est tout simplement impressionnant !!! La montée est fluide, sécurisée et offre des vues à couper le souffle sur la jungle, les montagnes et la mer turquoise. Arrivé au sommet, le panorama est encore plus spectaculaire. Le Sky Bridge est une expérience unique, à la fois vertigineuse et magique. Le site est bien organisé, propre et l’ensemble du personnel est accueillant. Une activité incontournable à Langkawi je recommande à 100 % !

Nous avions lu les avis sur Google et avons réservé en ligne avec une option fast Lane mais quand nous sommes arrivés à 10h, il n’y avait pas grand monde et le ticket était moins cher au comptoir… Nous avons pris le combo Sky walk, Sky glide (pas nécessaire à mon goût car de l’attente et nous avons pris les escaliers pour la descente) et Sky bridge. La vue est tout simplement magnifique! En repartant vers les midi/1h, les nuages commençaient à arriver donc nous nous sommes dit que nous avions été chanceux. Penang Hill à coté fait triste figure…

Le funiculaire de Langkawi offre une expérience impressionnante, aussi bien par la qualité de l'installation que par les panoramas exceptionnels qu'il permet d'admirer. Le trajet est fluide, bien organisé et sécurisé, avec une montée progressive qui révèle des vues spectaculaires sur la forêt, les montagnes et la mer. L'ensemble du site est propre et bien géré, même en période d'affluence. Une attraction incontournable à Langkawi, qui combine sensations, paysages et organisation professionnelle.
