- Price Description: If there are any changes after the rental and service fees are settled, the system that needs to make up for the price difference will queue up again

- The store can store one suitcase for each rented guest. (Due to the limited size of the store, even if extra money is paid, there is no way to save more luggage for customers.)
- After making the payment directly at the store, please contact customer service without refunding any fees.

- The kimono wearing and hairstyle design takes approximately 40-60 minutes per person
- If the height exceeds 150cm, adult kimonos can be worn, and children's kimonos can be worn below 150 cm. 
- Pregnant women are not allowed to wear, and mandatory orders cannot be experienced without refunds
- Stains and damages: A dry cleaning fee is required, and the entire set of damages will be compensated. 
- Please arrange your schedule in advance. 
- Late arrival instructions: Adjust the order according to the appointment situation on the day, and you may need to wait for a moment. 
- Lift Package: For lift packages, please contact customer service before dressing to make up for any discrepancies and change the package
