Chimelong Paradise Daily: 09.00 - 21.00 Special Notes: Entry Method: On the selected date of use, exchange your e-ticket by either: Converting it to a QR code using the last four digits of the mobile number provided during purchase + the voucher code. OR presenting the same details at the park's manual ticket window to obtain physical tickets. Both individuals must enter the park together for verification simultaneously, and entry is permitted only once. Complimentary Ticket Policy: Complimentary admission is granted to children under the age of 3 OR with a height under 1.0 meter on the day of visit. Each paying adult (aged 18 or above on the day of visit) is limited to accompanying only one child receiving complimentary admission. Eligibility & ID Verification: This product is exclusively for residents of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas countries. Each guest must present one of the following valid identification documents for verification upon entry: Hong Kong/Macau SAR Home Visit Permit / ID Card (Permanent or Non-permanent residents accepted) / Passport. Taiwan Compatriot Permit or People's Republic of China Taiwan Resident Residence Permit. Passport for overseas nationals. If the relevant documentation and ticket cannot be presented together, guests will be required to purchase the appropriate ticket at the standard gate price to enter. Booking & Availability: This product must be booked at least 3 day before the selected visit date, before 23:59. Tickets are limited and subject to availability. Sales may be suspended or terminated at any time based on the park's operational management needs. Park Entry Requirement: Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a visitor aged 16 or above to enter the park. Ticket Price Excludes: The ticket price does not include: VIP guided walking/e-cart tours, VR experience items, raincoats/socks required for specific attractions, priority access privileges, stroller & wheelchair rentals, item & luggage storage, portable charger rentals, designated photo services, carnival game booths, dryer services, and other premium services. All F&B, merchandise, and related consumption are priced as announced onsite at the park.
