Clients cancelling within 24 hours of a confirmed trip will be charged 100% cancellation fee. * Outside of 24 hours clients can reschedule to another time or date without an additional cost * If Glenorchy Air cancels the flight due to weather and safety considerations, the client may reschedule to another date and time at no extra cost * There are no additonal fees for participant changes, any changes to the manifest must be made at least 24 hours ahead of the departure time. * Minimum of 2 full paying adults to confirm this trip. * This is a weather dependent activity.
