How to redeem
All guests must use the outer side of Hotel Towers 1, 2, and 3 to reach the Observation Deck entrance. Tour groups will be dropped off at the MICE Sands and Expo Convention Center, then must use the exterior footpath of the hotel to reach the entrance.
