• Important Notice The Majestic Fast Ferry check-in counter HAS BEEN RELOCATED to the new Harbourfront passenger terminal with effect from 15 July 2026 Passengers departing from the HarbourFront Passenger Terminal are advised to proceed directly to the new terminal for ticketing, check-in, and boarding. The new terminal address will be: 5 HarbourFront Avenue, #01-08, Singapore Cruise Centre HarbourFront, Singapore 099549The new location remains easily accessible and is within walking distance from: HarbourFront MRT Station (Exit B, NE1/CC29). Daily Ferry Schedule: THE DEPARTURE POINT FOR THE FERRY IS FROM BATAM ONLY Important Notice: Please be informed that effective 1 September 2025, all visitors — including both Indonesian and Singaporean nationals — will be required to complete the Indonesia Arrival Card (“White Card”) before entering Batam. A trial period will be conducted from 27–31 August 2025. This card is similar to the SG Arrival Card and must be filled out via the designated application or website prior to arrival in Batam. Access to the Indonesia Arrival Card Website: All Indonesia – allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id Mobile App: Download via the App Store or Google Play Store by searching for “All Indonesia” Recommendation: Please complete the Indonesia Arrival Card at least 3 days before departure to ensure a smoother immigration process at the ferry terminal and to minimise waiting time upon arrival. Additional Notes by Visitor Type Singapore PR (Visa-Free): - Singapore PR holders are still required to complete the Indonesia Arrival Card. However, they do not need to apply for an online visa. Upon arrival, they may proceed to the manual immigration counter to receive the PR special visa-free entry. Short-Term Visa Holders: - Visitors requiring a short-term visa must also complete the Indonesia Arrival Card. They do not need to apply for the visa online. Instead, they can proceed to the manual immigration counter upon arrival to obtain the short-term visa and settle the visa fee. Express Service Guests: - Guests travelling under Express Service must also complete the Indonesia Arrival Card. After arrival at the terminal, our staff will provide Meet & Greet service and assist them through the Express Lane for faster clearance. Ferry Schedule Adjustment: Due to the recent increase in fuel prices, we need to make adjustments to our operations to better manage rising costs while continuing to provide safe and reliable service. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be informed that, with effect from 7 April 2026, our ferry schedule will be revised as follows: HarbourFront Centre – Batam Centre: 14 daily return trips Tanah Merah – Batam Centre: 5 daily return trips. Services will be increased to 9 daily return trips on the eve of public holidays, public holidays, and weekends.As part of this revision, the following sailings will be discontinued: please refer to the link. Please refer to the below link for Majestic Ferry Schedule Start from 7 April 2026: Majestic Ferry Schedule Start from 15 May 2026: Majestic Ferry Schedule Important Information: Fuel Surcharge ImplementationDue to the recent increase in fuel prices, a fuel surcharge will be introduced from 12 March 2026.The Surcharge will be applied as follows: Departure from Singapore (Harbourfront Centre/ Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal) : SGD 6.00 Departure from Batam Port (Batam Centre/ Sekupang/ Tanjung Pinang) : IDR 65,000 Important Information: Please note there are no bookings available on the eve of public holidays and long weekends for Majestic Ferry. Passengers holding open tickets must either walk in advance to obtain their boarding pass or reach out to the agent for assistance. Customer is required to reserve their own travel date and timing in the Majestic Fast Ferry counter with the Open Dated ticket Open Dated ticket can be used on any dates and ferry schedules as long as the seats are available. Open Dated ticket is not reserved with a confirmed travel date and schedule of traveling TRAVEL DOCUMENT It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has a valid international passport with minimum six months validity from the date of departure, and passport has to be no damage. Relevant visa and vaccinations may be required. We are not liable for any visa application, do ensure enough time is given for the application of visa prior to departure. Please note that the issuance of visa is subject to approval by the respective embassies.
