My kids really enjoyed their time here, and the place feels safe with plenty of padding around the play area. However, the playland isn’t very big, and it was quite warm during our visit, the air-conditioning didn’t seem to work well. While it’s a fun spot for children, the price feels a bit on the higher side compared to the overall experience.

I very disappointed today bring my kids come here… can’t enjoy!!!! No air cond!!!! Sweat without playing!!!!! Not crowded… but can’t feel air cond!!!!! I wan return money bac!!!!

Went today, 15 september 2025. Burn my rm155 ticket because we decided to leave,just after about 30minutes. The aircond not functioning. It was very hot at the play area. The kids playing there were very sweaty, does not looks like an indoor playground at all. We decided to go out, dont want to risk heat stroke to the kids. Not recommended.

The playland isn’t very big, and the air-conditioning did not function well during our visit — it felt quite warm and there wasn’t enough fresh air circulation. While it’s a fun spot for children, the overall comfort level could be improved, especially with better ventilation and cooling.

Unfriendly staffs at the counter. Playland closes at 8pm but the staffs told us to leave at 7.25pm. After finding out from the PIC, last call is 7.30pm, guests can actually still play until 8pm. No food is selling here, only packet drinks and mineral water. Even food from monkeys canopy restaurants (A Han Thai & Copper Mansion) are not allowed to be eaten here after we bought. My husband bought the food as initially they said can order from their restaurant, later they changed their mind saying cannot. So our food are left outside due to this rigid rule. They do have an eating area by the playland but they mentioned that only food like fries & nuggets are allowed which are not even selling in the whole premise. Last week when we came here, the same staff said no need to charge for my baby as she said it’s free for baby who can’t walk yet. This week, she said it’s chargeable. Rules aside, the two staffs are really too unprofessional and do not know how to talk nicely to customers.
