Practical info
Train tickets can be exchanged from 5:30 AM to 5 minutes before last HARUKA train. Theater check-in begins 30 minutes before performance, deadline is 10 minutes before show starts. All theater seats are unreserved.
How to redeem
For train: Display QR code at HARUKA e-Ticket Machine to exchange for physical train ticket, or visit JR-West Green Window with passport. For theater: Check in at Kyoto Theater entrance 30 minutes before performance and present QR code.

- Business hours subject to change without notice

- No theater performance on September 11th
- If reserved car is crowded, unreserved seats can be used
