El pato crujiente estaba delicioso. Solo una sugerencia: como el precio por porción, después de impuestos y servicio, alcanza las 180.000 rupias, creo que deberían aumentar la porción de arroz. El plato también es grande, así que no parece que haya mucho espacio vacío. Sinceramente, la porción de arroz es un poco pequeña para una persona normal. Un poco más de verduras no vendría mal. 😅

El mejor pato de Kelapa Gading. Estaba increíblemente seco y olía fatal, y las especias no penetraban nada. El precio por porción era de casi 200.000 rupias por persona. Cuando les pedí su opinión, los camareros también respondieron, fingiendo no haber oído. ¡¡¡NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!!

Restaurante balinés especializado en pato. Probé su emblemático Pato Crujiente Original, que estaba rico, pero hay que quitarle el hueso. También tienen Bebek Betutu (pato ahumado) con sate lilit, que también estaba bueno. Personal decente, buen ambiente.
