You must exchange your voucher for physical tickets at the meeting point to visit the other monuments.

Your booking is for a specific timeslot to climb the Dome, which cannot be changed. The pass for the other complex monuments is valid for 3 consecutive days starting from this date. Meet your host, who will be holding a white flag, in front of the Lindt Chocolate shop next to the cathedral.
How to redeem
You will receive a PDF voucher. Before arriving, please download the 'POP GUIDE' app to your phone for the audio guide. At the meeting point, show your voucher to the host to join the tour and to receive the physical tickets required for the other sites.

- This ticket is non-refundable.
- A valid passport or ID card is required for all visitors.
- The climb has 463 steps and is not suitable for people with mobility impairments, claustrophobia, or respiratory issues.
- Luggage, large bags, and backpacks are not permitted inside.
- All visitors must undergo a security check which may take 15–30 minutes.
- The Opera del Duomo Museum is closed on the first Tuesday of each month.
- The Baptistery closes at 2 PM on the first Sunday of each month.
